During your initial consultation, a professional from HM Group will visit your property to inspect the area. With all safety precautions in place, will take a cut out of the material suspected to be hazardous.
Next, our team will investigate further to find any other areas of your property that may likely contain asbestos (if it’s found in one area, there’s a much higher chance it’ll be elsewhere as well). Any materials suspected of containing asbestos will have a sample taken and will later be sent to a lab for further testing.
Our team will provide you with the next steps to take and suggest any safety precautions to take in the meantime.
As a part of your asbestos consultancy, you will also receive a report containing the documentation outlining the hazardous materials, the associated health risks in your property, and a detailed asbestos report to comply with the Workplace Health and Safety act.
